What contracting services do we provide?
We provide a very wide range of contracting services such as but not limited to:

Hospitality - Housekeepers, General Cleaning, Cleaning at heights, Guest services, Food & Beverage, Kitchen Attendees and Customer Services. 

Trades - Electricians, Painters & Decorators, Plasterers, General Maintenance, Plumbing, Pool Technicians and Carpenters.

Clerical - Front Office, Reception and Administrative Services.

If we don't have a suitable contractor ready to go on our books for short-or long-term we pay for the advertisement costs, reference checks and complete all interview process just to find you the perfect candidate saving you time & money. 

Providing on the package you choose we can include administrative duties free of charge which includes rostering of contractors as per your requirements, source cover for any contractor sick days or holidays and management of staff turnover. We can also provide our contractors with a WCS uniform if required or preferred. 

Property Maintenance

Whether you are a property owner or a property renter keeping up with your lawns and general maintenance can be challenging, we can also offer services to complete fortnightly/monthly gardening and or any other services you may require. We have a fixed price service for regular customers and cater all year round, but it doesn't stop there. We can be your one-stop shop for any maintenance, cleaning or servicing that may be required. We can cater to any cleaning services, whether you would like regular cleaning, one-off cleaning for inspections or an end of tenancy exit clean.
